Because many items are handmade, processing times may occasionally vary. If there is a delay, we will contact you.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that delivery times are determined by the carrier and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or postal delays.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Returns
Because our products are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we generally do not accept returns.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will work with you to make it right.
